Connecting Swedish organisations
with Indian talent
Specialised consulting in cybersecurity, agentic AI and cross-border business — delivered through a trusted network of Indian professionals, in Sweden and in India.
Two knowledge traditions.
One clear direction.
Astra — the star that orients in darkness. In Sanskrit, astra (अस्त्र) carries a second meaning: a precision instrument of directed force. In Vedic tradition an astra was not a blunt weapon but a focused expression of will, knowledge and intent — something aimed, not swung. Veda is the body of knowledge that makes that precision possible. The name is deliberate: knowledge applied with focus and impact.
My focus is straightforward: bringing high-calibre Indian consulting talent into Swedish organisations, and helping both sides work well together. Whether that means a cybersecurity engagement, an agentic AI initiative, or a longer-term partnership — the aim is always a real outcome, not a lengthy process.
With roots in both markets, I combine first-hand familiarity with Swedish business culture and direct access to a strong network of Indian specialists — some already based in Sweden, others ready to engage remotely or relocate.
Three things happening at once
Sweden has a real and growing demand for specialist talent it cannot fully source domestically. India has a generation of highly skilled professionals eager to contribute globally. And the legal framework to make that connection easier has finally arrived.
The skills shortage is already here
Swedish organisations are competing hard for specialists in cybersecurity, AI, engineering and life science. India graduates more STEM professionals per year than any other country — and many are actively looking for international opportunities.
The legal landscape just changed
The EU–India Free Trade Agreement, signed in early 2026, is the largest trade deal either side has concluded. Its services and mobility chapter meaningfully simplifies the process of bringing skilled Indian professionals into European engagements — legally, efficiently and with far less friction than before.
A diaspora already building bridges
More than five million Indians already live and work across Europe — many in senior roles in tech, finance and consulting. That existing presence is a practical resource: for references, fast recruitment, and smoother cultural integration from day one.
Indian talent flows into the EU and North America
A well-established Indian professional diaspora stretches from North America to the EU. The talent connections already exist — the goal is to put them to work for your organisation.
What I can help with
Engagements are practical and scoped to your needs — a specific project, team augmentation, or an ongoing advisory arrangement. The areas below reflect where the Swedish–Indian intersection creates the most natural value.
Cybersecurity Consulting
Penetration testing, OSINT investigations, red team exercises, threat modelling and security architecture reviews. Delivered by practitioners with genuine technical depth — not generalists with a checklist.
Agentic AI & Security Automation
AI-driven threat detection, autonomous security workflows and agentic tooling that augments your team's capacity. Built by engineers who understand both the AI stack and the threat landscape they're defending against.
Consultant Matching
Connecting Swedish organisations with vetted Indian consultants — both those already based in Sweden and those available for remote or project-based work. From a short engagement to a longer placement, matched to your actual needs.
Cultural Bridge
Making Swedish–Indian working relationships genuinely productive. Practical workshops and light coaching on communication styles, decision-making norms and how to build trust across cultural contexts — for both sides of the collaboration.
Trade & Regulatory Guidance
Navigating the EU–India FTA in practical terms — what the services chapter and mobility agreement mean for your sector, how to bring in international consultants compliantly, and where the real opportunities in bilateral trade are opening up.
How it works in practice
No lengthy proposals or drawn-out scoping phases. The aim is to accomplish something useful quickly — and build from there after it provides value.
Discovery
A direct, one-to-one conversation to understand what you actually need — and what's already been tried. I draw on both the Swedish side and my network of Indian professionals in Sweden and India to get a clear picture before suggesting anything.
Tactical
With the strategic direction established in the discovery phase, the focus shifts to the sharpest first move that fits within it — a contained, high-value engagement that delivers something tangible fast, proves the model, and creates momentum. Not a grand plan; a precise one.
Execution
The right consultant or small team is brought in with proper context and support. The goal is a clean, well-matched engagement: your organisation gets real capability added, and the working relationship continues on its own merits from there.
